After our call, we get to work researching the best options from our preferred partners. This includes exclusive rates, perks, and amenities you won’t find online. We’ll prepare a curated proposal with a few tailored choices, so you can compare and decide with ease.

Planning Fee:

• Golf and Group travel planning fees are transparent and competitive and start at $50.

Once you’re ready, we’ll handle the reservations, payments, and confirmations. You’ll receive a full itinerary with everything in one place, plus ongoing support before and during your trip.

We’re just a call, text, or email away if you need help with last-minute changes, travel hiccups, or special arrangements. Our job isn’t finished until you’re home safe and smiling.

Some trips require airfare as part of your reservation. To keep things flexible, we offer two tiers of service:

Tier 1: Research & Planning (Customer Assisted Booking)

• $10 per passenger
   
• We research and recommend the best flight options, then you complete the booking yourself.
   

Tier 2: Booking & Management

• $25 per passenger for domestic flights
   
• International flights: based on destination
   
• We handle the booking and ongoing management, including schedule changes and updates.
